The advantages to having prepaid international calling cards on hand far out weigh not having them. I have found that they are cheaper than my telephone carrier rates, so I save dollars there.

By having my prepaid international calling cards on hand I can phone any time night or day, so I’m not dependent upon the time of day to get the cheapest or discounted rate. I also can be out and use any telephone. I do not have to be home to use my own.

To me, my prepaid international calling cards are friends. I have one in my wallet at all times, so wherever I am I can phone to whomever it is I want. If you have not used one yet, purchase one and give it a go. I think you’ll find it is really handy.
